Nigel conceived the BELS concept after spending 15 years in the life sciences. As a Vice Consul at the British Consulate-General in Boston, he served as the UK's lead officer for biotechnology in the US. Nigel now presides over his own consulting practice servicing the life sciences industry on both sides of the Atlantic.

Cynthia is a marketing communications and project management expert with 20 years of experience in financial services and three years with Gaymond International. She is the former Vice President of Marketing for Colonial Mutual Funds and Putnam Investments.
