A united kingdom of life scientists

BELS (British Expats in Life Sciences) is a Boston-based, non-profit association of life scientists working in the US and Canada, who were raised and educated in the UK.

Other groups of expats involved in the information technologies, and hailing from countries such as India, Ireland and Israel, have developed similar initiatives and met with resounding success.

Such organizations have offered networking opportunities and other advantages, along with mechanisms to reconnect expats with their countries of origin, benefiting the individuals and their compatriots.

BELS creates an elite network of professionals from all walks of the life sciences to become a catalyst for the industry's growth in the US, Canada, the UK, and other parts of the world.
